The Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority, in cooperation with the King Faisal University, holds a workshop within Watanona Amanah program



The Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha), in cooperation with King Faisal University, held today, Wednesday 3/3/2021, a virtual workshop entitled "Protecting Public Funds", within the framework of "Watanona Amanah" program in its third phase.


The workshop was inaugurated by H.E. the President of King Faisal University Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Awahly, which affirmed that this workshop comes as cooperation and partnership with the Authority in the field of protecting integrity and fighting corruption. The Undersecretary of the Authority for the Protection of Integrity Mr. Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Zaid clarified that through this program the Authority aims to educate people on the concept of protecting public funds and the related laws with the included entities in its third phase.


During the workshop, topics on the protection of public funds were discussed, and it was moderated by Mr. Bader bin Ayed Al-Shahrani, and it was presented by the General manager of the Authority’s branch in AlQassim region Mr. Abdulaziz bin Hmood Al-Fawzan.


​It is worth noting that the "Watanona Amanah" program comes as a continuation of the awareness and educational efforts and promoting the principle of transparency, accountability and fighting corruption made by (Nazaha), in order to achieve the aims of the and the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which follows a zero tolerance policy towards financial and administrative corruption on all levels.
