On Tuesday, May 15, 2018, the National Anti-Corruption Commission (Nazaha), held its first meeting between the supervisory and judicial entities of women's departments entitled "A common goal and integrated competencies".
The meeting commenced with Dr. Ruqaya bint Saleh Altwaian and attended by representatives of women's sections of the Public Prosecution, the Board of Grievances, General Auditing Bureau, Control and Investigation Board and the Ministry of Justice.
The meeting included a presentation on Nazaha and its jurisdiction and mechanisms of implementation, and then each entity presented their mechanisms of implementation.
The meeting aims to build and strengthen channels of communication between the women's departments in control, investigation and judiciary entities, in line with the vision of the Kingdom 2030.
This meeting comes within the framework of the cooperation of competent control entities with the Commission in the field of its work, so as to achieve the integration of roles and consistency in the implementation of their respective competencies related to the protection of integrity and fighting corruption.
