Your Excellency General / Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Bunyan,  Chief of General Staff of Royal Saudi Armed Force
His Excellency the Director of King Abdulaziz Military College
Officers and faculty members Dear students..
I am pleased, in the beginning, to take the opportunity on this occasion to thank  His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, who has worked and is working to promote the principles of transparency, protect integrity and fight corruption and activate it to become a platform for the country's future. His Highness approved to establish  Nazaha clubs in the colleges affiliated to the Ministry of Defense in implementation of the orders of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may Allah preserve him, who launched this new phase of fighting corruption with firmness and determination, that was clear from the first speech he gave after ascending to the throne. He ordered to review all control regulations and systems, which will lead to the activation of its jurisdictions and carry out what it aspires to for this country to make it a role model in all fields.
I would also like to extend my thanks and appreciation to King Abdulaziz Military College for hosting this forum, which includes Nazaha clubs in the colleges of the Ministry of Defense, whom we consider to be one of the most important partners who contribute effectively to the dissemination of the values of integrity, transparency  and fighting corruption.
Saudi Arabia has taken the initiative decades ago to enact many regulations, in which the crimes of corruption have been identified and the laws and legislations against them have been enacted, derived from the sources of the Islamic legislation on which the Basic Law of the country has been based since its unification by the founder King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud (may Allah be pleased with him), and the subsequent establishment of control entities that have exercised their assigned roles in accordance with their functions and responsibilities. In the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, we witness today a new phase of fighting corruption, which adopted the practical application in the clearest forms of determination and firmness to curb corruption and fight the corrupt. Which was clear in the royal order which entailed the formation of a supreme committee headed by HRH the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, this royal order carries a clear message at the national and international levels that Saudi Arabia does not tolerate corruption at all and whoever committed it, and that this approach constitutes one of its political, economic and social foundations.
It is stipulated in Nazaha's National Strategy for Maintaining Integrity and Combating Corruption that educational institutions should be involved in carrying out periodic educational awareness programs on the protection of integrity, fighting Corruption, and promoting  transparency.
In conclusion, I hope that this forum will achieve the desired benefits. I thank General. Abdulrahman Al-Bunyan, for his participation in the opening of this forum, and thanks to all of you and I wish you all the success.
