With your cooperation, and by exercising its mandates and duties, the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) has conducted (5279) oversight visits during the month of Sha'ban 1443H, as well as investigating (258) accused individuals in criminal and administrative cases, and according to the Criminal Procedure Law (127) citizens and residents were arrested, some of whom were released on bail. Among them employees working in ministries of (Defense, Interior, National Guard, Health, Justice, Education, Municipal, Rural Affairs & Housing) as well as the General Authority of Civil Aviation for their involvement in (bribery, abuse of office, money laundering, and forgery). Legal proceedings are currently being completed against the detainees in preparation for their referral to the court.
