We celebrate these days the 8th anniversary of the accession of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud -may Allah protect him. we are living in a blessed times where comprehensive sustainable development is thriving with the aim of elevating at all levels locally. At the international level, we are proud of what we have achieved in terms of status, influence and position among the world’s nations. This precious anniversary coincides with our comprehensive and sustainable development including unique Saudi projects that come within the second phase of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which was set by His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister -may Allah protect him- to accomplish more achievements and realize the aspiration of the Custodian of the Two Holy -may Allah protect him- when he announced that his first goal was for our country to be a pioneering model in the world at all levels, reaffirming on every occasion the adherence to the approach that our country followed since its founding in 1727 AD, leading to its unification under the leadership King Abdulaziz -may Allah have mercy on his soul. The reign of King Salman -may Allah protect him- witnessed an exceptional stage in the fight against corruption in the Kingdom, it was evident in his first speech upon accession that he wanted to eradicate corruption, realizing that corruption is the first enemy of development and prosperity, stressing -may Allah protect him- that corruption cannot be combated without close cooperation and concerted efforts locally and internationally, to ward off its dangers, devastating impact on economy and development, and denying safe havens for the corrupt. We in the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority diligently work on protecting integrity, promoting transparency and combating corruption to protect our development accomplishments. In conclusion, we ask Allah the Almighty to our country from all evil, and to perpetuate health and success on the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness, Crown Prince -may Allah preserve them- health, payment and success, and to preserve security, stability and prosperity.
